Plaintiff, Palms Casino patron, claimed employee’s tossing of souvenirs into bar crowd caused him multiple, debilitating injuries. Evidence at trial demonstrated that Casino staff was prohibited from tossing items into crowds; were aware of the dangers associated with the same; and admitted the tossing of items created a known safety risk. Two weeks Bench trial resulted in a finding of no comparative fault on the part of the Plaintiff and a Verdict in his favor of $6,627,763.
