HBO Documentary – “Hot Coffee”

HBO is running a documentary this month called “Hot Coffee” which is a must-see. The film begins by giving the facts about the McDonalds’ spilled coffee case to let viewers draw their own conclusions. The film then takes you through the tort reform movement. It’s a fascinating piece of history that is a must-watch for people concerned about the efforts of big business and certain members of the government and judiciary to take away or limit the rights of victims, or simply people wanting a historical context after the McDonalds’ case.
