We were on our way to get something to eat, and this man ran into me. He hit my car from the left side and I was injured, my girlfriend was injured. I was in a lot of pain! We spent the day at the hospital. I called my insurance company and didn’t get no help. Actually, I was really very frustrated, because at that particular time, you paid a premium every month, a monthly fee, and for someone to just talk to you through a tape recorder, and not return your calls right away, or check on your vehicle, or just check on you. At that a particular time, I didn’t think anyone cared about me. I mean, after talking to the other insurance company, it was like, all they wanted was information to cover up what was going on. But as far as knowing how I felt, or even knowing what to say, I didn’t have that information, I didn’t actually know what to do, but the power of prayer always answers. It was a warm welcoming. John is my number one, him and Charlene. He and she took us step by step, explained everything. You know, sometimes you go some places and people will start talking to you, you really don’t understand, and then you get people like me that may stumble and say “Huh?” He was so clear. He was just warm. All of them, everyone here, was warm. I knew he was doing everything in his power for me. And he let me know, well, this is that. It was at one point in time when my own insurance dragged out certain things, and that shouldn’t have happened. But I knew that when I called, every time I called, every time I had a question, when something happened that I didn’t understand, I could pick up the phone and I could just say, “Hey, Charlene.” You know, if they didn’t get back with me today, I knew tomorrow, someone from this office was going to pick up the phone and say “Hey Debra, you don’t have to worry about that.” And that’s good to know, when you don’t have to worry about something.
