Lindsay Cullen joined Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen in 2013, having previously worked as an associate for a plaintiff’s personal injury law firm. Lindsay received her Doctor of Jurisprudence from the School of Law at Golden Gate University, in addition to a specialization in Business Law with Distinction. Lindsay is currently licensed to practice law in California and Nevada.
Lawrence Smith has recently had his exceptional performance recognized by the American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys as a 2016 Top 10 Personal Injury Attorney for the state of Nevada. Lawrence is currently a partner at Bertoldo Carter Smith & Cullen. He received his J.D. from Baylor School of Law with an emphasis in civil litigation. Over the years, Lawrence has been the trial counsel for many cases, resulting in multi-million dollar verdicts. Lawrence’s practice includes personal injury law and product liability law. He is licensed to practice in all courts in the state of Nevada and the U.S. District Court.
